1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the service "7fz" (available at 7fz.de), operated by Elisabeth Goletzko, Rauental 53, 42289 Wuppertal, Germany (hereinafter "Provider").

By registering for an account, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to consumers and business users alike.

2. Description of Service

7fz is a web-based service that processes content (calendars, news, weather, games, books) into PDF or ePub documents and delivers them to reMarkable tablets or Google Drive. The service also provides interactive features such as games with AI opponents via the reMarkable annotation system.

The service requires either a reMarkable device, a Google Drive account, or can be used in download mode without external connections.

3. Registration and Account

  • Use of the service requires registration with a name, email address, and password (min. 8 characters).
  • The user is responsible for the accuracy of their information and the security of their password.
  • An account is personal and non-transferable.
  • The user must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Free Trial Period

6. Cancellation

  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current annual period.
  • Cancellation can be made via the Paddle customer portal or by email to support@7fz.de.

12. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

13. Account Termination by Provider

The Provider may terminate an account with 30 days' notice by email if:

  • The user violates these Terms of Service
